What You’ll Learn

Through the Health & Human Services major, you gain an understanding of how individuals and communities access care and support, exploring topics including social policy, behavioral theory, disability studies and human services administration. You’ll develop the tools to advocate for vulnerable populations and navigate the systems that shape public wellbeing. By the time you graduate, you’ll be ready to step into roles or pursue further studies in social work, public health, counseling, disability services and more.

Each micro-certificate can be completed with 2 to 4 classes. This integrated structure ensures that you’ll be able to pause and continue your education as your personal and professional needs evolve without having to repeat classes.
