中国P站 University has partnered with Parchment in order to make ordering transcripts easier. Documents whether digital and/or paper are sent securely to colleges, universities, and other third-party requestors. Verified addresses, international and overnight delivery, all with tracking in place allowing you to see real-time status updates.

So, whether you need to order a transcript or other credential type for you or someone else, we鈥檝e got you covered.

Please note:

  • Transcript requests are processed during business hours in the order received. Typically, requests are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. However, there may be a delay in service due to holidays and/or unforeseen University closure.
  • An active student accounts hold will not prevent your transcript request from being processed. Please note that the university will reach out to all students who request a transcript and have a student account hold so they can make payment arrangements to address their balance.
  • Transcripts cost $15 each.


Delivery Options

  • Send now. Transcripts will be processed within the 24-48 hour window.
    Hold for end of term. Transcript order will be held until end of term grades are calculated and confirmed.
    Hold for degree. Transcript order will be held until conferral date is confirmed and posted on transcript.

Email Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Parchment accounts

Effective July 1, 2026, we will be enabling Email Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Parchment accounts. This is part of a broader Instructure effort to strengthen the security of customer accounts, as articulated in the Instructure Community.

  • What is changing?

    When you log in to Parchment, you will be prompted to verify your identity by entering a code sent to your registered email address. This one-time code confirms it's really you, and keeps unauthorized users out.

    New Accounts: When you create your Parchment account, you will be prompted to verify your email after authentication. After this verification step, you will not be prompted to verify a second time via multi-factor authentication (MFA) in this session. You will be prompted to verify via MFA in all subsequent sessions.

    SSO users: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Parchment, your login process will not change. Authentication continues through your organization's identity provider.

  • Tips for a Smooth Login Experience
    1. Confirm access to your registered email. The verification code will be sent to the email address on file for your Parchment account. Make sure you can receive mail at that address.
    2. Update your email if needed. If your registered email is outdated or inaccessible, please log in to your account and add a secondary email address to ensure you can receive verification codes. If you no longer have access to your email account, create a new account with your current email. 
    3. Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails can occasionally be filtered. Add Parchment to your safe senders list to make sure codes land in your inbox.
  • Why this matters

    This extra step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your academic records. By confirming your identity at login, we make sure only you can view, request, or share your credentials.

  • What happens if I can't verify my email?

    To maintain the highest levels of data security and block unauthorized entry to academic records, access will be restricted for any user unable to fulfill the email verification requirement. Should your registered address become inaccessible, please establish a replacement account using your active email credentials.

On the student tab, under my academic plan select the option to view my unofficial transcript. Please note that an active MyDU log in is required.
